These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WittCo Pools website (wittcopoolpros.com) and our services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
WittCo Pools provides Weekly Pool Cleaning, Pool Chemical Balancing, Filter Cleaning & Equipment Care, and Vacation Rental Pool Service in Destin, FL and surrounding areas. All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Program description: By opting in via the consent checkbox on our website forms, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages from WittCo Pools related to your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, and appointment updates.

Recurring pool service is performed on a regularly scheduled day each week. Schedules may shift due to weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you when that happens. You are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to the pool area on service days, including gate codes, keys, or lock box access, and for securing pets. If our technician cannot access the pool on a scheduled visit, the visit may be billed as completed.
Recurring service is billed monthly unless other written terms have been agreed in advance. Repairs and one-time services are due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit and debit cards. Property management and multi-property accounts may be invoiced by prior arrangement. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. If the scope of work changes materially, we will provide a revised written price for your approval before continuing.
WittCo Pools warrants its workmanship on repairs for 30 days from the date of service unless a longer manufacturer warranty applies to a part. If work covered by the agreed scope was not completed to the standard discussed, notify us and we will return and correct it at no additional cost. This warranty covers workmanship only. It does not cover normal recurrence of algae or debris between scheduled visits, pre-existing damage, staining embedded in the pool surface, equipment at the end of its service life, or conditions disclosed as poor prior to service.
WittCo Pools is licensed and carries general liability insurance. We take reasonable care with your property, equipment and pool surfaces during every visit. However, we are not liable for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to failing plaster or tile, deteriorated grout, aging or improperly installed equipment, worn plumbing, corroded fittings, or electrical issues at the equipment pad. Where such conditions are identified, we will bring them to your attention. We are not responsible for water loss, equipment failure, or water condition changes occurring during periods when service has been suspended, declined, or made impossible by lack of access.
