Clean Water Starts at the Equipment Pad
Almost every cloudy pool we get called out to has a circulation problem underneath it. A filter that has not been cleaned in a year, a pump basket packed with leaves, a cartridge that has gone stiff and channeled, an impeller partly blocked. The water stops turning over the way it was designed to, the chemicals stop reaching where they need to reach, and no amount of chlorine fixes it. Owners usually notice the cloudiness long before they think to look at the pad.
We keep an eye on the pad as part of routine service and clean the filter on the schedule it actually needs, which depends on the pool, the tree cover and how hard the system runs. Cartridges get pulled and washed, DE grids get cleaned and recharged, baskets get emptied every visit, and filter pressure gets read so a climbing number gets caught early instead of after the flow is gone. When something needs repair or replacement, you get a straight explanation of what failed and what it costs before any work happens.
